DIY Folding Chanel table/desk

          Folding Chanel Table/ Desk.

We made this table from leftover wood and paint. we had about 5ft by 3 ft wood left from our home office makeover (home office). it was super easy to make this table and took just about an hour to complete. it looks absolutely stunning in our living room. it has a dual purpose of a decor and a breakfast table. when not in use it lays flat against the wall and gives the illusion of a statement decor.

THINGS YOU WILL NEED:

- 4ft x 2ft wood

- 2( 1"x4"x 29")  wood[ for legs]

- 48" piano hinge ( easily available at Home Depot)- 2(1" hinges)

- 2"x4"x48"wood piece( for mounting)- strong velcro

-3.5" screws and anchors for drywall.- Chanel logo (Chanel logo)

- foam brushes

- black and white paint (we used chalk paint)

- polyacrylic

- painters tape.

Directions:

STEP 1: Paint all the wood white and let it dry

STEP 2: Attach one end of the piano hinge to 2"x4" wood piece and install it on the wall using anchors and screws.

STEP 3: Now attach legs to the 4ft x 2ft wood using 1" hinges and add velcro to the corner of each leg in a way that they are secured when laying flat.

STEP 4: with some help. attach another end of the piano hinge to the table.

STEP 5: print the Chanel logo on a sticky paper, cut it out like a stencil and stick to the center of the table and paint black and then remove the stencil and let it dry
